SUBJECT: Authorization to Conduct Probable Cause Urinalysis for Private Camille Hanabarberra

  2. On 25 August 2021, I received a report from Investigator SPC Anna Ortega of the Drug Suppression Team CID office regarding the detainment of PV2 Camille Hanabarberra at the Honeycutt ACP. During a random vehicle search, an illegal substance was discovered in her vehicle.
  3. After consulting with my Brigade Trial Counsel, CPT David Andersen, it has been determined that a probable cause urinalysis for Private Camille Hanabarberra is legally justified. Therefore, I authorize the aforementioned urinalysis.
