MEMORANDUM FOR DEVELOPMENTAL COUNSELING PACKET
SUBJECT: MISSING MONTHLY COUNSELING
- The purpose of this memorandum is to explain the absence of counselings for the months of February and March.
- During the months of February and March, SGT Sergeant was on convalescent leave, which prevented the review and update of SPC Joe Snuffy’s Counseling packet.
- This memorandum will be retained in the soldier’s packet until a new leadership assumes responsibility, the soldier transfers to another unit, or until 12 months from the date of this memorandum.

14H NCOIC/OPS ASSISTANT
The Noncommissioned Officer in Charge/Operations Assistant position, referred to as the 14H, underwent a transition when Specialist Hatchett’s team leader officially left the team in November 2021. Due to the limited time available, Specialist Hatchett was only able to provide an initial counseling session. In March 2022, Sergeant Legans assumed the role of team leader and took charge of the responsibilities.
