SUBJECT: Commendation for SFC Sample
- SFC Sample has proven to be an exceptional and dedicated senior NCO, exhibiting selflessness, strong work ethic, and a focus on achieving outstanding performance. It has been a true honor collaborating with her, witnessing her unwavering professionalism, and observing her enthusiasm for being an esteemed member of the GAARNG.
- Assigned as an AGR Soldier to XX unit, SFC Sample’s presence has been invaluable, providing essential expertise and valuable insights to the team. In addition to her role as the OPS NCO, she has admirably served in multiple other capacities, such as the Group’s Equal Opportunity Advisor (EOA) and Unit Prevention Leader (UPL) Manager. Notably, she played a significant role in the successful reorganization of XX unit after its split, showcasing her proficiency in financial and budgetary matters. Further, SFC Sample’s commitment to excellence was evident during her time at the Senior Leadership Course (SLC), where she outperformed her peers, earning a well-deserved spot on the Commandant’s List. Moreover, she demonstrated the same dedication in her personal life, earning her Bachelor’s degree in 2014.
- SFC Sample stands as an exemplary NCO, consistently going above and beyond to support, mentor, and ensure the welfare of the Soldiers within her unit. Her uplifting personality and willingness to assist others leave an indelible mark on everyone she encounters. With her intellect, adaptability, and wealth of experience, she is poised for success in future positions such as 1SG, BN OPS NCO, or BDE OPS NCO. SFC Sample’s potential is boundless, and her continued presence would undoubtedly be an asset to the GAARNG. Failing to retain her would be a significant loss for the organization.
