17E5P Brigade Electronic Warfare Noncommissioned Officer in Charge (82nd Airborne Division)

Assumes responsibility for the well-being, morale, welfare, and training of subordinate Noncommissioned Officers; oversees all administrative, training, and operational aspects of Electronic Warfare; provides assistance in integrating cyberspace electromagnetic operations; plans, allocates, and executes operations involving Army Electronic Warfare air and ground platforms; collaborates with higher authorities for Airborne Electronic Attack (AEA) support; takes charge of the Electronic Warfare component of the Military Decision-Making Process (MDMP) and the orders production process; establishes, supervises, and monitors training at all echelons; formulates tactical-level guidance derived from strategic directives; serves as the primary enlisted advisor to the Commander regarding Electronic Warfare matters.


29E20 Battalion Electronic Warfare Specialist

Serves as an Electronic Warfare Specialist for the 1st Battalion, 41st Field Artillery, 3rd Infantry Division, Division Artillery; assumes responsibility for all Electronic Warfare training, intelligence preparation of the battlefield, planning, and execution of Army Electronic Warfare operations involving ground and air assets; coordinates with higher echelons for Air Electronic Attack, Electronic Protection, and Electronic Support; oversees the Electronic Warfare element of the Military Decision-Making Process (MDMP); ensures the effective management of the electromagnetic spectrum in collaboration with the communications section; implements and maintains Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).


Electronic Warfare Specialist

Supervises the operation and maintenance of 42 Counter Radio-Controlled Improvised Explosive Device Electronic Warfare (CREW) Systems, utilizing test equipment and computer systems valued at over $1.75 million; ensures proper Preventive Maintenance Checks and Services (PMCS) and conducts training on CREW Systems throughout HHT RTS; updates all devices with current firmware and threat loads in accordance with released updates; remains up-to-date with intelligence reports pertaining to the CREW/C-IED mission.


29E/EW Sergeant Noncommissioned Officer in Charge

Serves as the senior Noncommissioned Officer in Charge (NCOIC) for Electronic Warfare (EW) in the 1/25th Stryker Brigade Combat Team (SBCT), with a global mission to deploy in support of strategic, operational, and tactical-level operations; prepares and coordinates the Cyber Electromagnetic Activities (CEMA) appendix for the brigade operations order; provides technical advice and assistance to the S2, S3, and S6 in integrating, synchronizing, and deconflicting electronic attack (EA), electronic protection (EP), and electronic warfare support (ES) within the maneuver commander’s concept of operation; plans and supervises all Electronic Warfare training for seven Battalions, comprising 12 Electronic Warfare Sergeants (EWS).


Electronic Warfare Advisor to Brigade Commander/Brigade-level Staff Noncommissioned Officer

Offers recommendations and requests Electronic Warfare assets and countermeasures to ensure the success of missions. Directs unit-level training and provides technical advice and assistance to Commanders and personnel, ensuring proper utilization of Electronic Warfare systems in both combat and training environments. Assumes responsibility for overseeing the preventive and corrective maintenance program, including supervising system maintenance conducted by junior technicians, as well as maintaining all relevant schedules, records, and publications.


29E3S Battalion Electronic Warfare NCOIC (Military Information Support Operations Group)

Takes charge of the well-being, morale, welfare, and training of subordinate Electronic Warfare Noncommissioned Officers; integrates Electronic Warfare into Military Information Support Operations; facilitates the dissemination of the Common Operating Picture and Electronic Warfare information; prepares and coordinates the Electronic Warfare Appendix for the Operations Order; directs unit training and offers technical advice and assistance to commanders; coordinates planning for enduring missions and training across three different Combatant Commands.


29E20 Battalion Electronic Warfare NCO Assigned as the Battalion

Assigned as the Battalion liaison for training and maintenance of Counter Radio-Controlled Improvised Explosive Device Electronic Warfare (CREW) equipment; supervises Company-level CREW operations and trains IK ASI Soldiers; assumes responsibility for integrating new Electronic Warfare equipment and providing recommendations to battalion leadership; maintains various Electronic Warfare equipment and conducts training at the Battalion level; coordinates air Electronic Warfare support and other non-organic Electronic Warfare assets.
