Rear Detachment Staff Duty Noncommissioned Officer

The Rear Detachment Staff Duty Noncommissioned Officer serves in Regimental Support Squadron, 3d Armored Cavalry Regiment. They are responsible for the health, morale, training, and welfare of one Soldier. Additionally, they are accountable for the supervision, security, and accountability of all property attached to the Regimental Support Squadron’s footprint. During their tour of duty, they maintain a staff duty log (DA Form 1594) and ensure that good order, basic military standards, and the policies set within the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) are enforced.
