Rear-Detachment Sergeant
In the role of a Section Sergeant in the Rear-Detachment Company assigned to the forward-deployed 3-10th GSAB, Task Force Phoenix supporting the 10th Combat Aviation Brigade, your responsibilities are crucial to maintaining the well-being and operations of the unit. You are responsible for providing leadership and overseeing the health, morale, welfare, and training of seven soldiers and their families. Additionally, you play a vital role in coordinating and supervising daily support and tasking throughout the brigade. It is your duty to ensure soldier readiness in all areas, preparing them for deployment or their transition into the civilian workforce.
