Housing Unit Correctional Specialist

  • In-processed over 120 newly confined inmates, meticulously scouring records and accurately inventorying over $12,000 of money and personal property with 100% accuracy.
  • Conducted thorough searches of over 5,000 articles of clothing, successfully preventing the introduction of contraband into the facility and enhancing the safety of staff and the inmate population.
  • Managed the custody and control of more than thirty inmates assigned within the housing unit, maintaining a record of zero incidents.
