Sentinel Radar Operator

- Completed pre-deployment MET (Mission Essential Task) and HEAT (Hostile Environment Awareness Training) training for the Division HQ and HQ Battalion, becoming the first unit to meet training standards.
- Ensured accountability and maintenance of all equipment, both unit and personal, to a 10/20 standard.
Assistant Operations
- Authored and implemented the first battle space deconfliction and Air Mission Request Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the 4th Brigade Combat Team BAE (Battlefield Airborne Communications Node)/ADAM (Air Defense Airspace Management) cell, which were adopted as a RC-W (Regional Command – West) standard.
- Successfully implemented a post-redeployment Command and Control (C2) proficiency training program for the AGI (Aerial Ground Intelligence) cell, significantly enhancing their warfighting capabilities.
