MOS 63M/M2/3 Bradley Fighting Vehicle System Maintainer
As a Shop Foreman on an Infantry Maintenance Support Team, your primary responsibility is the DS (Direct Support) maintenance of the 3/9 Mechanized Infantry Battalion in the 2nd Infantry Division, Republic of Korea. You would perform, inspect, and supervise the DS maintenance of 52 M2 Bradley Fighting Vehicles, 110 wheeled vehicles, and 7 recovery vehicles valued at over $275 million. Additionally, you would plan, organize, and supervise recovery operations, administer the shop safety program, conduct MOS-related and cross-training for 13 soldiers, and assist the section chief in accounting for over $2 million worth of MTOE (Modified Table of Organization and Equipment).
Maintenance Control Sergeant
In the role of a Maintenance Control Sergeant, you would serve as the Maintenance Supervisor overseeing all aspects of maintenance, service, and repair of assigned Bradley Fighting Vehicles. You would be responsible for supervising the maintenance of unit equipment data, work orders, and the Standard Army Maintenance System (SAMS) program. Additionally, you would review maintenance reports submitted by maintenance personnel, monitor scheduled and unscheduled maintenance for over 20 vehicles and ancillary equipment.

At the unspecified skill level, you would perform duties from preceding skill levels. You would supervise Soldiers at skill level 1 and 2, providing them with technical guidance to accomplish their duties. Additionally, you would supervise recovery operations and perform Battle Damage Assessment and Repair (BDAR) on all systems.
