70H, Officer for Health Service Plans, Security, and Training
Assumes the primary role as the chief advisor to commanders at every level concerning field medical operations and evacuations; contributes to the guidance and coordination of staff functions related to health service plans, operations, intelligence, security, and training; provides counsel to the commander on the well-being, welfare, and spirit of all assigned soldiers within the company; formulates and delivers operations orders (OPORDs) and operations plans (OPLANs) for Health Service Support; strengthens the organization’s capacity to deliver prompt Roles 1 and 2 AHS support; enhances the unit’s capability to deploy in accordance with Unified Land Operations, including Defense Support of Civil Authorities as mandated by the Governor of Illinois; aligns with all directives, initiatives, and guidance issued by the commander.
