68G Patient Administration Specialist

Performs various medical administrative duties in hospitals and medical facilities. These duties include posting administrative entries in medical records, scheduling patients for medical board action, monitoring long-term patient rosters, maintaining patient workload data, auditing medical records for quality control, and releasing medical information to authorized parties.

68G Patient Administration NCO

Responsible for the accountability, inventory, and maintenance of medical and dental records during mobilization and demobilization processes. Registers Soldier data into health care systems, updates medical readiness information, and handles filing and mailing of documents.

68G Patient Administration Specialist

Implements and maintains accurate records of administrative tasks in the CAARNG MED DET. Establishes necessary files for inprocessing of soldiers, supports physical exam missions, and aids in physical readiness processing.

PATIENT ADMINISTRATION NCO

Provides guidance, training, and project improvements for outpatient records and release of information. Responsible for the accountability and maintenance of medical records and oversees the well-being and professional development of subordinate personnel.

Patient Administration NCO

Serves as a Patient Administration NCO in an Army hospital, responsible for patient accountability, release of medical information, admissions and dispositions, medical regulating, and patient status reporting. Also involved in line of duty investigations, third party collection program support, and provides career development to junior enlisted personnel.

Allgood Army Community Hospital (BDAACH) in support of 60,305 beneficiaries in the Korean peninsula. Provides guidance, implements project improvement methods, and regulates daily operations of the Admissions and Dispositions (A&D), Air Evacuation, and OCONUS Integrated Disability Evaluation System (IDES) sections. Establishes standard operating procedures (SOP) for all supervised sections and ensures patient safety through accurate data collection, medical record audits, and reviews. Responsible for the well-being and professional development of four civilian employees, two NCOs, and five junior Soldiers.

PAD NCOIC

Serves as the NCOIC of the Patient Administration Division (PAD) at Brian D. Allgood Army Community Hospital (BDAACH), overseeing a 42-bed medical facility with five outlying clinics that support 33,505 eligible beneficiaries in the Korean peninsula. Assists the Chief of PAD in planning, training, coordinating, and supervising 34 civilian personnel. Ensures accountability, welfare, and readiness of five NCOs and fifteen Soldiers. Provides technical and administrative support to five division branches in personnel management, property accountability, and equipment procurement. Manages a hand receipt of $151,405 worth of property.

68G Platoon Sergeant

Serves as the Headquarters Platoon Sergeant for a high operational tempo Medical Troop in a Stryker Cavalry Regiment comprising 4,200 Troopers. Trains, supervises, and manages 18 Troopers assigned to six specialty areas. Maintains accountability and serviceability of organizational equipment, including eight tactical vehicles, communication equipment, and facilities valued at $1 million. Coordinates patient evacuation requests through communication channels. Oversees day-to-day operations of the Troop’s Orderly and Training Rooms.

Patient Administration NCOIC

Serves as the NCOIC of the Patient Administration Division (PAD) at USA MEDDAC, Fort Knox, a 31-bed medical facility with five outlying clinics supporting 293,505 eligible beneficiaries in a six-state geographical area. Assists the Chief of PAD in planning, training, coordinating, and supervising 87 civilian personnel. Ensures accountability, welfare, and readiness of two NCOs and one Soldier. Provides technical and administrative support to five division branches in personnel management, property accountability, and equipment procurement. Manages a division budget of $3 million.

NCOIC of Patient Movement and Air Evacuation for BACH

Serves as the NCOIC of patient movement and air evacuation for BACH, coordinating medical evacuation through the TRANSCOM Regulating and Command & Control Evacuation System (TRAC2ES) for all assigned Fort #### service members and their dependents totaling over 200,000. Functions as a liaison between Fort #### units, the Warrior Transition Unit (WTU), BACH, and families, reporting the status of patient movement. Also serves as the BACH contingency bed count reporter, providing statistical data to higher command through the Theater Management Data System.

Air Evacuation NCO

Serves as the Noncommissioned Officer (NCO) of patient movement and air evacuation (A&E) for Brian D. Allgood Army Community Hospital (BDAACH). Coordinates the medical evacuation of all assigned 8th Army service members and their dependents, totaling over 20,000 individuals, through the TRANSCOM Regulating and Command & Control Evacuation System (TRAC2ES). Acts as a liaison between 8th Army units, the Warrior Transition Battalion (WTB), BDAACH, and families, providing regular updates on the status of patient movement. Additionally, responsible for mentoring and ensuring the well-being of two Soldiers and one Civilian.
