Performs various procedures in the fabrication and repair of removable and fixed dental prosthodontic appliances. This includes fabricating precision appliances, orthodontic, pedodontic, periodontic, and surgical appliances. Assists in the fabrication of maxillofacial appliances. Manages the operational maintenance of laboratory equipment and ensures the timely ordering and receipt of supplies. Supervises the activities of the dental team in a dental facility, providing technical guidance and support. Determines personnel requirements, establishes work priorities, organizes work schedules, and assigns duties to subordinates. Instructs subordinates in work techniques and procedures and evaluates their performance.
