63Z50 Senior Maintenance Supervisor
The 63Z50 Senior Maintenance Supervisor serves as the Senior Maintenance Supervisor for the 1st Special Forces Group (Airborne). This group consists of four Special Forces battalions, a Group Support Battalion, and a Headquarters Company, supporting the CENTCOM and PACOM Areas of Responsibility (AORs). The Senior Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for monitoring the maintenance and operational readiness of the group, including over 900 major end items, 9,000 pieces of special-purpose equipment, small arms, and electronic equipment valued at over $800 million. They provide advice to the group and battalion staff on maintenance readiness issues and assist in coordinating RESET operations. Additionally, they provide mission and professional guidance to nine subordinate senior NCOs.
