42A Senior Human Resources NCO

A distinguished Senior Human Resources Noncommissioned Officer overseeing the 451ST Civil Affairs Battalion’s personnel comprising 193 individuals; directly accountable for devising, directing, and managing all HR competencies. Responsible for supervising and managing the processing and tracking of all Personnel Actions, Awards, NCOERs, Promotions, Suspension of Favorable Actions, Leaves and Passes, Changes of Command, Award Ceremonies, and Military Pay. Additionally, tasked with the responsibility of overseeing Personnel Accounting and Strength Reporting, including the supervision of 3 NCOs and 6 Soldiers.

Senior Human Resources NCO

Assuming the role of the Senior Human Resources NCO, as a Junior NCO, within the Combat Support Hospital, which encompasses a dispersed workforce of over 270 personnel across ARCENTCOM. Providing expert guidance to the CSH Adjutant and the Command and Staff on Human Resource initiatives. Directly responsible for strategic planning, efficient direction, and comprehensive management of all HR competencies. Overseeing the processing and tracking of personnel actions, awards, promotions, leaves and passes, Change of Command ceremonies, award ceremonies, and military pay. Ensuring timely Personnel Accounting and Strength Reporting. Holding direct responsibility for the well-being, development, and safety of two Junior Soldiers. Maintaining accountability of equipment valued at over $22K.

42A4O Senior Human Resources Sergeant

Ensuring proper filing of all documents in MPF & Medical records. Enforcing annual MPF audits by Soldiers. Preparing award documents when necessary. Exercising efficient management of ARIMS files. Ensuring the duties book remains up-to-date. Supervising the preparation of NCOER and OER shells. Drafting command memorandums as required. Ensuring meticulous preparation of promotion packets. Providing supervision and training to subordinates. Performing additional administrative duties as assigned.

42A40 SENIOR HUMAN RESOURCES SERGEANT (G1)

Acting as the administrative supervisor in the Officer Strength Management Division for Maneuver Center of Excellence (MCoE). Tasked with the management, review, and processing of all Officer personnel actions. Assisting with strength accounting and the management of approximately 7,000 Soldiers. Monitoring Officer gains and losses. Constructing Officer requisitions and maintaining current fill status. Overseeing Officer personnel readiness for the MCoE. Managing DA 6 for Officers. Interacting daily with the Human Resources Command (HRC) and installation DHR on Officer personnel matters. Updating the BOLC A and BOLC B instructors reports.

Senior Human Resources Sergeant

Appointed as the Senior Human Resources Non-Commissioned Officer for the 1/321st Infantry Regiment, 2nd Brigade, 98th Division. This prominent battalion comprises nine companies and over 250 personnel stationed across five cities in two states. Primarily responsible for strategic planning, efficient direction, and comprehensive management of all HR competencies. Senior Human Resources Sergeant

Serving as the Senior Human Resources Sergeant for the Sustainment Command (Expeditionary) Command Group on all administrative matters. Directly accountable for four Soldiers in the distribution and supervision of general administrative duties and transportation requirements for the Command Group. Skillfully planning and organizing office operations, including managing calendars, travel itineraries, and reservations for the Commanding General, Command Sergeant Major, Deputy Commander, and Chief of Staff. Diligently reviewing and editing all correspondence prior to submission for the Commanding General’s signature. Taking charge of Military Pay responsibilities. Assuming the role of the Senior Human Resources Sergeant for the largest Battalion-sized Aviation unit in the Army, encompassing over 750 personnel. Tasked with strategic planning, efficient direction, and comprehensive management of all HR competencies. Supervising and managing the processing and tracking of all Personnel Actions, Awards, NCOERs, Promotions, Suspension of Favorable Actions, Leaves and Passes, Change of Command, Award Ceremonies, and Military Pay. Ensuring timely Personnel Accounting and Strength Reporting. Serving as the Senior Human Resources Sergeant for a Theater Sustainment Command, Special Troops Battalion comprising over 530 Soldiers. Acting as the liaison between HRC, USARPAC G1, and 8th TSC G1. Responsible for strategic planning, efficient direction, and comprehensive management of all HR competencies. Supervising and managing the processing and tracking of all personnel actions, awards, evaluations, promotions, finance transactions, leaves and passes, personnel accounting, strength reporting, and readiness of all assigned and attached personnel. Holding direct responsibility for the well-being, development, and safety of six NCOs and ten Soldiers. Maintaining accountability of equipment valued at over $900,000.

42A4O2S – Senior Human Resource Sergeant (Battalion)

Designated as the Senior Human Resources Sergeant for the 1st Battalion, 5th Field Artillery, 1/1 ID, consisting of 655 personnel. Tasked with strategic planning, efficient direction, and comprehensive management of all HR competencies. Supervising and managing the processing and tracking of all Personnel Actions, Awards, NCOERs, Promotions, Flags, Leaves and Passes, and Military Pay. Ensuring timely Personnel Accounting and Strength Reporting. Holding the responsibility for the accountability and readiness of all assigned and attached personnel, including the supervision of nine NCOs and seventeen Soldiers. Maintaining accountability of equipment valued in excess of $2,000,000.

42A5O2S Brigade Senior Human Resources Sergeant

Assuming the role of Brigade S1 NCOIC for a multi-component Intelligence Brigade consisting of over 1,600 active duty military, reserve, and civilian personnel in five battalions dispersed throughout the Republic of Korea. Leading and mentoring 11 NCOs, Soldiers, and three Korean Augmentees to the U.S. Army (KATUSA). Accountable for $375k worth of equipment and five vehicles. Providing guidance and direction for enlisted Personnel Readiness Management (PRM) and interfacing with the BDE CSM. Serving as a technical expert on Personnel Information Management (PIM). Overseeing human resources (HR) planning, operations, services, and supervising the execution of all other HR mission essential tasks within the Brigade.

Offering assistance to the Brigade Command Sergeant Major in the planning, implementation, and execution of all personnel administration functions throughout the brigade. Providing guidance on actions, Evaluation Reports, finance transactions, leaves, promotions, and awards. Responsible for over $4,000,000 worth of equipment.
