Tactical MISO Team Leader

As the Team Leader of a Tactical Military Information Support Operations Team (TMIST) in an Airborne, Tactical, Military Information Support Operations Company (MISO) oriented towards CENTCOM operations, your role involves supervising a team of three Soldiers. You are responsible for ensuring that the team is well-trained to conduct MISO activities in support of conventional and Special Operations Forces at the battalion level. Additionally, you ensure that the Soldiers are prepared to operate effectively in the CENTCOM Area of Responsibility (AOR) and maintain the capability to deploy worldwide with minimal notice.

In your position, you are accountable for the proper handling and maintenance of equipment valued at over $3.5 million. This includes ensuring the equipment’s accountability, serviceability, and conducting necessary maintenance tasks to keep it in optimal condition for mission readiness.
