Plans/Operations NCOIC
Serves as the Plans/Operations Non-Commissioned Officer in Charge (NCOIC) for a forward deployed Signal Company within an esteemed Expeditionary Signal Battalion (ESB), offering crucial support to the 228th Signal Brigade, International Security Assistance Force, RC North, and its subordinate commands. Provides the company command team with unwavering support in network operations, training, and automation sections. Demonstrates exceptional management skills by overseeing and tracking all administrative actions for 135 Soldiers, while effectively assigning maintenance priorities. Ensures the readiness of six vehicles, two trailers, and a diverse range of office and communications equipment valued at over $4 million. Holds the responsibility of safeguarding the morale, health, welfare, and professional development of 10 NCOs and 15 Soldiers.
Communications NCOIC
Serves as the Non-Commissioned Officer in Charge (NCOIC) of Communications in a highly agile Light Infantry Battalion, capable of swift deployment to any location. Assumes a pivotal role in planning, coordinating, and executing all command, control, communications, computers, and intelligence (C4I) requirements for the Company. Provides valuable supervision and training to Platoon Radio communicators, ensuring their readiness and proficiency. Actively contributes to the development, scheduling, coordination, and evaluation of comprehensive communications training at the company level. Assumes responsibility for the installation, operation, and maintenance of all communications equipment while monitoring its status and supporting maintenance efforts by maintaining TAMMS records. Demonstrates unwavering commitment to the morale, health, welfare, and professional development of seven NCOs and 11 Soldiers under supervision.
