Serves as a Team Leader in the AN/TSQ-253 Air Defense and Airspace Management (ADAM) Cell, bearing the responsibility for the well-being, training, and supervision of three Soldiers. Tasked with the utilization of airspace in accordance with Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), Department of Defense (DOD), and local regulations, ensuring efficient and safe use of the Brigade’s airspace for various users, including artillery, unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs), rotary-wing, and fixed-wing aircraft within the Corps’ operational area. Holds accountability for the serviceability, maintenance, and value exceeding $5,000,000.00 of the equipment.
14G30 Operations Sergeant in Div HQ
Serves as the Operations Sergeant assigned to the Joint Air Ground Integration Cell (JAGIC) within the globally deployable 1st Cavalry Division. Acts as an advisor to the battle staff in Air Defense Operations and aircraft survivability. Responsible for the welfare, discipline, safety, and training of two Non-Commissioned Officers and two Junior Enlisted Soldiers and their families. Maintains combat readiness capabilities for worldwide deployment, supporting the Operations Air Control Cell in monitoring air tracks and events impacting friendly air operations. Enhances survivability through planning and managing current operations of both organic and non-organic assets within the Division.
14G4O BDE FDC, Battle System Manager
Serves as the Battle System Manager assigned to the Fire Directorate Cell (FDC) in the XXXX Air Defense Artillery Brigade, ready for worldwide deployment. Provides advisory support to the Brigade command and staff in Air Defense Operations. Responsible for the welfare, discipline, safety, and training of XXXX Non-Commissioned Officers and XXXX Junior Enlisted Soldiers and their families. Maintains combat readiness capabilities to deploy worldwide, supporting contingency Air Defense Operations through the utilization of XXXX AMDPCS Shelter equipped with the latest Air Defense System Integrator (ADSI), Forward Area Air Defense (FAAD), and Air Missile Defense Workstation (AMDWS), along with additional equipment valued at over $6.5 Million Dollars.

Provides advisory support to the Brigade command and staff in Air Defense Operations. Responsible for the welfare, discipline, safety, and training of one Junior Enlisted Soldier and their family. Maintains combat readiness capabilities for worldwide deployment, supporting contingency Air Defense Operations through the utilization of one ADAM Shelter equipped with the latest Forward Area Air Defense (FAAD) and a Tactical Airspace Integration System (TAIS), in addition to other equipment valued in excess of $5,300,000.

Responsible for the well-being, discipline, safety, and training of two Junior Enlisted Soldiers and their families. Maintains combat readiness capabilities for worldwide deployment, supporting contingency Air Defense Operations through the utilization of two Sentinel Radar Systems and Shelters equipped with the latest Forward Area Air Defense (FAAD) and Air Missile Defense Workstation (AMDWS), along with Digital Air Defense equipment valued at over $3,000,000.
MOS 14G ADAM/BAE NCOIC
Serves as the Airspace Manager in the Air Defense Air Management (ADAM) Cell within an OCONUS-based Stryker Brigade Combat Team, prepared for worldwide deployment. Holds responsibility for the proper utilization of airspace in accordance with FAA, military, and local regulations. Facilitates efficient, safe, and orderly usage of the Brigade’s airspace by multiple users, including artillery, small unmanned aircraft systems (SUAS), tactical unmanned aircraft systems (TUAS), rotary-wing, and fixed-wing aircraft throughout the Brigade’s Area of Operations. Accountable for the maintenance, serviceability, and value exceeding $6,500,000.00 of the equipment. Additionally, responsible for the training, mentorship, and well-being of thirteen Soldiers.
