14E THAAD Fire Control Platoon Sergeant
Undertook the role of a Fire Control Platoon Sergeant for a Terminal High Altitude Air Defense (THAAD) system assigned to swiftly deploy and provide Air and Missile Defense as well as Early Warning to critical assets. Held responsibility for instructing, guiding, and overseeing a group of 20 Soldiers, 13 Non-commissioned Officers, and their families. Ensured the maintenance, training, and certification of three THAAD Fire Control/Communication (TFCC) crews and three THAAD Battery Command Post (BCP) crews. Engagement Control Section Chief
Assumes the role of an Engagement Controller for a Patriot Air Defense Artillery Battalion (ADA), inherent to the 69th ADA Brigade with a worldwide contingency mission in support of the 32nd Air and Missile Defense Command (AAAMDC). Bears the responsibility for the training, professional development, and the well-being of seven Soldiers and their families. Supervises and trains Engagement crewmembers with the aim of providing Air and Missile Defense for geopolitical assets across the globe. Ensures the maintenance and proper handling of one Engagement Control Station (ECS) and conventional equipment valued at more than $2,000,000.
Fire Control Platoon Sergeant
Performed the duties of a Fire Control Platoon Sergeant for a Patriot Air Defense Artillery Battery assigned to swiftly deploy and provide Air and Missile Defense as well as Early Warning to critical assets. Responsible for the instruction, guidance, and monitoring of 16 Soldiers, 3 Noncommissioned Officers, and their families. Oversaw the maintenance, training, and certification of three ECS crews, three BCP crews, one EPP crew, and one AMG crew. Held accountability for the security and operational readiness of Fire Control Equipment valued at over $110,000,000.
