Supervises or actively engages in the development of construction sites; schedules and conducts quality control inspections; oversees technical engineering activities involving construction surveying, drafting, and testing of construction materials; plans, directs, inspects, and performs technical activities related to site development; carries out reconnaissance duties at survey sites to identify specific requirements; plans and organizes work activities; gathers available charts, maps, control lists, aerial photographs, and other necessary topographic data to maintain a deployable database; disseminates survey data; serves as the technical authority on all survey-related matters.
